This simple list will help you realize if you are doing things all wrong
1. Being inpatient because it takes time
2. Dieting instead of learning how to eat

4. Not having support and/or a plan because it will be challenging
5. Not working hard enough and going through the motions
There you have it. If you can avoid these and commit to:
1. Being patient...it will take time but you will see results
2. Learning good nutrition and learning moderation is key
3. A short program does not constitute a lifestyle change
4. A fitness professional or anyone who desires for you to do well latch onto.
5. Challenge yourself with quick, effective workouts
