I do not know how many times I here "I do not have time." I am here to tell you that you have to create time. Also, you can get great workout in 10 minutes or less. You might be thinking that I am crazy but let me give you an example.
Take 30 seconds after each exercise and do each exercise for one minute completing as many as possible. Always warm up before exercise and always practice good form. This is not for the beginner.
1. Push ups
2. Jump rope
3. Squats
4. Up/Downs also called a burpee
5. Chest Press
6. Lunge into a curl
7. Squat Jumps
Even an extremely advanced person can get a great workout if they are pushing themselves.
