WINTER FITNESS

Last night and today in Wisconsin we got blasted with snow.  

I know of so many people that will hurt their backs shoveling or using a snowblower.

Can this be avoided or minimized?

The truth is you can minimize your risk of injury by getting as strong as possible.

As we age our muscle decreases unless we stick with a strength training lifestyle.

That is so fun! I love to shovel in winter. I live in Cleveland and today it's blowy, ice cold and icy on the ground. I was disappointed not to shovel :(
