To enter send us a “before” photo (*men in shorts and women in a two piece swim suit – front view only) and a one or two page letter telling why you should be chosen to receive 6 FREE months of Fat Blasting Boot Camp.

Entry Deadline is January 1, 2009

To Be Eligible to Enter you must:

· Be between 18-50 years of age

· Be willing to train 3 times a week during regular Boot Camp Sessions in New Berlin, Wisconsin (5:30 a.m.)

· Only train with Fat Blasting Boot Camp (no other fitness classes, camps or trainers)

· Be willing to follow all guidelines of the program

· Communicate weekly, preferably daily with Jeremy via email to track progress

· Be willing to be a walking, talking, billboard for Fat Blasting Boot Camp

· Be willing to allow Fitness4U to use your likeness/interviews/photos for all marketing purposes
